About Sea Sculpt Club

More than a workout.
It’s a lifestyle.

Founded on the sand, built on connection. Here's the story behind the mat.

Our Story

Started with one matand an early tide.

Sea Sculpt Club was created from a desire to make Pilates feel more accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.

Our founder wanted to bring together two of her greatest loves — Pilates and the beach — to create an experience that goes beyond a traditional workout. There is something incredibly peaceful about moving outdoors, especially by the ocean. The sound of the waves, the fresh air, and the feeling of the sand beneath you make it easier to slow down, release stress, and become completely present in your movement.

That feeling is at the heart of every Sea Sculpt class.

What makes the experience even more special is the community that forms around it: neighbors becoming friends, brides-to-be celebrating with their closest people, and teams stepping away from their inboxes to reconnect and recharge.

Every class is designed to feel welcoming for first-timers while still offering a meaningful challenge for regulars. Sea Sculpt Club is more than a workout — it is a full-body experience created to help you move, breathe, reset, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

What We Stand For

Our Values

01

Movement for everyone

All levels, all bodies, all backgrounds. If you can breathe, you can flow with us.

02

Community over competition

No mirrors, no comparisons — just a shared mat and the same horizon.

03

Real, unfiltered connection

Phones down, feet in the sand. We build moments that outlast the class itself.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m AmandaCavadas.

I'm a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for mindful movement — and, of course, the beach.

I've always loved working out, but there was something about Pilates that completely changed the way I moved and felt. The connection between your mind, your breath, and your body creates an experience that's so much more than just exercise.

I started Sea Sculpt Club because I wanted to make Pilates feel more accessible and welcoming for everyone. I also wanted to create an experience that goes beyond the studio — one where people can move, breathe, and unwind surrounded by the beauty of the beach and nature.

Through Pilates, I've discovered that my purpose is to share my passion for movement and help others feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in their bodies.

I'm so excited to share this journey with you. Thank you for watching, and stay tuned for what's to come. I can't wait to see you at Sea Sculpt Club.

See you on the beach — xo
