Sea Sculpt Club (“we,” “us”) runs Pilates sculpt classes, events, private training and parties at the Jersey Shore, New Jersey. This policy explains what personal information we collect through seasculptclub.com, our bookings, emails and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book, buy an eGift card or class pack, join our list, or contact us, we collect your name, email address and phone number; the names of anyone you book for; your answers to booking questions (how you heard about us, any injuries or limitations you choose to share, and your photo and video preference); your agreement to our liability waiver; gift recipient names, emails and messages; and anything you write to us in a contact, private-session, party or collaboration form.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website or seen by us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics and HubSpot) to understand how visitors use our site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to take and confirm bookings; send receipts, class reminders, eGift and class pack codes; keep you safe in class; answer your questions; send news and offers you have signed up for by email or text; improve our classes and website; and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send class updates, reminders and offers from Sea Sculpt Club. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Terms & Conditions for the full SMS terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Sea Sculpt Club, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Website hosting and data storage (Cloudflare)
- Email and text message delivery and marketing (such as Resend and Brevo)
- Website analytics and customer relationship tools (Google Analytics and HubSpot)
- Venues and partners hosting a class or event you booked, limited to what they need (for example, a guest list)
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect anyone’s safety
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
5. Photos and videos
At checkout you choose whether you are comfortable appearing in photos and videos we share on our website and social media. We respect that choice, and you can change it at any time by emailing [email protected].
6. How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax and legal requirements. eGift card and class pack records are kept for as long as the code can be used. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
7. Your choices
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Anyone under 18 may only take part in a class with a parent or legal guardian’s consent.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
