These terms apply when you use seasculptclub.com, book a class, event, private session or party, buy an eGift card or class pack, or sign up for our emails or text messages. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Sea Sculpt Club offers Pilates sculpt classes, themed events, one-on-one training and private parties led by Amanda Cavadas at venues and beaches in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
2. Bookings and payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your spot is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. Class times, locations and instructors may change; if we change or cancel a class you booked, we will contact you using the details you gave us.
3. Cancellations, refunds and weather
If you cancel: you can cancel for a refund up to 12 hours before the class or event starts. No refunds are available less than 12 hours before the class or event.
If weather cancels a class: if we cancel a class or event because of weather, you can choose a credit toward the next class or a full refund.

4. eGift cards, class packs and offer codes
eGift cards and class packs are issued as codes that are redeemed at checkout for class spots. Class pack codes do not expire and may be shared. Introductory offer codes are limited to the buyer, apply to one spot per booking, and the extra class expires 21 days after purchase. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Treat your code like cash: we are not responsible for codes that are lost or used by someone you shared them with.
5. Liability waiver
Everyone who takes part must agree to our Liability Waiver & Release, which is part of these terms.
6. Text message (SMS) program
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Sea Sculpt Club at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Messages may include class updates, reminders and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact [email protected] or 732-735-7589. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.
7. Email
If you join our list, we will email you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will still send emails about your bookings and purchases.
8. Website content
The text, photos, videos, logos and designs on this website belong to Sea Sculpt Club or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sea Sculpt Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
